I received my pants and they were too big in the waist. This was my fault. the pants looked great and I wanted to exchange for a different size. I emailed (as was the instruction) and they responded immediately and approved the return. i was sent a label and the return process was easy. My only issue was there was no "exchange process" and therefore I actually had to go go back and reorder the pants in the correct size. Not a big deal and again the mistake in size was mine. In summary the product was great and so was the customer service
